When you place an order with us you are making an offer to buy goods We will confirm that we have received your order.
In the unlikely event that goods are no longer available for any reason we will make you aware of this.
Images of products on the website, although they are our own images, are for illustration purposes only and your goods may vary slightly from that shown.
This contract is covered by Scottish law.

Financial processing
We do not store any of your financial information as all payments are processed by our payment provider.

Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Refunds
In the case of agreed refunds, refund will be made within 2 working days of the agreed refund.
Should you be unhappy with your goods upon delivery you must notify us immediately when we will do our utmost to replace/refund as appropriate.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel any order for services then simply notify us in writing or by telephone by 10am on the day of delivery. We can not accept cancellations for items already delivered
